A customer can call a waiter
Option 1
What’s needed?
Install iBells call buttons on each bowling lane and billiards table.
Give every waiter a wrist-mounted pager.
How it works?
When a client presses a call button, a waiter receives a message with the number of the lane or table that the call came from.

Option 2
What’s needed?
Install iBells call buttons on each bowling lane and billiards table.
Install a call information board in the hall.
How it works?
When a client presses a call button, the information board shows the number of the lane or table that the call came from.

A cook can call a waiter to the kitchen
Option 1
What’s needed?
Install call buttons in the restaurant’s kitchen with numbers corresponding to the numbers of waiters in the working shift. We recommend attaching the buttons to a whiteboard. Write a waiter’s name next to each button.
Give every waiter a wrist-mounted pager.
How it works?
The cook presses a button next to the name of the water and this particular waiter receives a message that he/she is needed in the kitchen.

Place a call board in the restaurant’s main room.
How it works?
When a dish is ready and a waiter is needed, the cook just presses a button. The board shows a message that a particular waiter is needed in the kitchen.
