A cook can call a waiter to the kitchen

What’s needed?

Install call buttons in the restaurant’s kitchen with numbers corresponding to the numbers of waiters in the working shift. We recommend attaching the buttons to a whiteboard. Write a waiter’s name next to each button.

Give every waiter a wrist-mounted pager.

How it works?

The cook presses a button next to the name of the water and this particular waiter receives a message that he/she is needed in the kitchen.

When a dish is ready and a waiter is needed, the cook just presses a button. The board shows a message that a particular waiter is needed in the kitchen.

Install call buttons in bathrooms.

Give a cleaner a wrist-mounted pager.

How it works?

When cleaning or the assistance of a worker is needed, a customer just presses a button. A message about the need of assistance in a particular place is sent to the pager of the person responsible for maintaining this premises.
